End of the beginning

Time flies!! But when you are enjoying the time, there is no need to worry about it at all. When there are a lot of things you like to do now, when there are a lot of things to be looking forward, when there are only few things that make you angry or sad…the time is actually insignificant. Only moment when you realize that something like time exists is when on your birthday you say: “Damn!! I am one year closer to death”. That is as I feel it and as I think it should be J Why?

Mike, my boss said to me at the beginning: “After being here three months you will be able to tell if you like it here or not”. I anticipated it much before, but after four months I am already here I feel that this is the place to be. In here, for me, there is somehow easy to focus on the good stuff, because there is simply too much of it J

The ever-present sun promising that you can just go out every time you like to. Half of the year there is maybe too hot to go out, but it cannot be that bad as everybody saysJ Challenging job that motivates you by being part of something big and significant. It isn’t the kind of job that could be a hobby, but you just don’t mind going there and you aren’t looking at your watch every minute. Completely western style living with everything you are used to. And a possibility of doing basically everything you want to without need to think if you should or not. Of course that there are unpleasant things like bureaucracy or arrogant Arab guys, but these are short-termed and you forget them almost instantly. And these fill the life up to the edge so there is really no time for being worried.

Maybe it sounds too idyllic, but this is how it is J I am happy here, settled down, enjoying my existence and I hope it will last some “time” more!!

Actually I like it here that much that I decided to have a family here J So I adopted a lonely metal orphan and I am sure that we will have a lot of fun together ;)

On a wave of joy, on a ladder of success, on a path of fulfillment…JIRI emerged victorious from early battles and is crowned a conqueror... Will his pride end in his fall, will economic recession break his legs, will he find eternal peace…let’s find out!!
